Not all that many really good companies since last issue. In fact, it hasn't been a very 
good couple of weeks for getting paid to be online. CashSurfers, GetPaid4 and Paid4Surf 
rates are down and a lot of the new companies aren't offering very generous pay rates. 
Probably has something to do with all the craziness on the NASDAQ of late. 

On the plus side, the dependable companies are still dependable and there is definitely no 
shortage of large checks being sent.

It's all the same to us, we think the NASDAQ is generally a big joke. It's a good joke, 
though, because it makes for lots of venture capital which seems to keep finding it's way 
into our collective mailboxes (people signed up with 'get paid' type companies.)

It appears that the American market for new paid surfing companies is finally getting 
flooded. That's ok, close to 100 companies should be enough :-)

Still room for new ones in other countries.

News since last issue: (oldest first)
~New version of the mValue software released... It's generally poopy. Hopefully 
there'll be an update soon.
~WebBullion is paying (had been for some time actually.)
~Jotter sent out their first round of checks.
~CashActive added some paid games to their site... still no surfing software.
~ValuePay is sending checks.
~ClickDough too.
~GoToWorld did not get worse this month.
~They didn't get any better either.
~DataCash released the paying version of their software.
~GetPounds is in the process of releasing their software.
~Jotter is now paying for up to 15 hours per month.
~BePaid starting releasing their software today.

~Resource-a-day is now giving new members $10 just to sign up.
~Jackpot.com is sending checks and is now running a huge cash contest.
~HomePageRewards added automatic referral tracking and is hoping to finish beta testing 
soon.
~VisitorFriendly will no longer accept members outside of the UK.
~GoRefer enhanced their referral program.
~ServiceLane changed theirs, it's debatable whether or not it's an enhancement.
~Something purple blueshifted (it's a frequency thing.)

AllCommunity... Still the best. They send the most emails and have a good referral 
program. Not 
to mention that you don't have to actually read the emails to get paid.

NetBiz... Great program. With a few referrals you'll get some good checks from these guys.

ReadClick... Improving all the time, recently started official launch.

InfoRocket... Get paid $10 for every referral and $5 for everyone your referrals refer. 
Very impressive and still going after all this time.

TargetShop... Limited time $37.50 a referral promotion. Don't miss it.

PayPlace... $10 to sign up and $5 for everyone you refer. Not too shabby.

NetFlip... Paid searching. They've improved quite a bit in the last couple of months.
