The mad rush of new companies seems to have slowed down a little the last 3 or 4 weeks. That's 
what we thought, anyway, until 5 or 6 new 'get paid' companies launched in the last 3 days. There 
seems to be no limit to the proverbial 'me too!' attitude on the internet. This is ok, though, 
because in this case each 'me too' translates to another company that can't wait to send members 
checks for no apparent good reason. Woohoo!! Ahem... sorry about the outburst.

Hopefully everyone reading this is, at the very least, paying their monthly internet service bill 
through 'get paid' services. If that's not the case then you're probably not using the internet 
enough to justify even having an ISP. :-) If you want to tell the world how you're doing and/or

The biggest news item in this section is AllAdvantages recent stupidity. They've lowered the 
monthly surfing max and upped the minimum check amount for US members. Similar changes throughout 
the world. If they don't change their mind about this move it will go a long way towards ending 
their otherwise impressive career.

News since last issue: (oldest first)
~BePaid announced they were releasing their software.
~BePaid announced that they would not be releasing their software.
~BePaid members finally begin to realize that BePaid is full of crap.
~ItAdsUp started paying.
~ClickDough released an upgraded version of their window. Good company.
~mValue released version 2.1 of their software. It was a vast improvement over 2.0 which was 
possibly the worst piece of software ever created.
~Crew-Design launched a paid start page service and began releasing their paid surfing software.
~GoToWorld drooled on itself.
~ClickDough IPO rumors.
~YellowBubble made some management changes. Might be worth a look for UK members now.
~DataCash is paying internationally.
~Spedia now has a 5 level referral plan.
~CyberGold launched a paid surfing program.
~ValuePay May rates: $.35/hour but crediting problems make them more like $.15/hour.
~CashFiesta released their software.
~UniversalScience is now paying for referrals time.
~UtopiAD is now paying in Canada.
~Cast-Net is now paying.

Paid surfing has now established itself as a legitimate source of extra cash, dozens of companies 
have launched and now we'll find out who survives and who doesn't. While this is going on, all of 
the new opportunities are coming out in other, more creative, markets. There have been all kinds 
of news ones since last issue...

~PayPlace referral promo ended. No more free $10 to sign up.
~New PayPlace referral promo. You still get $5 for each referral.
~Jackpot emailed the winners of the Palm V's and $300 gift certificates. Looks like there were 
100's or 1000's of them.
~ProcessTree started beta testing.
~Trespass.net has departed the material plane.
~SendItOn is paying.
~TargetShop has extended their $37.50 referral promo until the end of June.
~GiftingClub launched. Checks are flying.
~SurfBuzz kicked the digital bucket.
~Ignifuge is still working on checks. Don't count them out yet.
~Don't join WePayAll and don't even consider giving them your credit card number.

Make around $20 in 5 minutes or less.
